About a month ago I was involved in a minor accident, woman pulled out in front of me on my way to work one morning in front of the Court House at Wise. I was driving my mothers car that day (it's cheaper on gas) and it damaged the bumper. Anyway it wasn't anything major so I said I'll send you an estimate and you can pay it without sending it to insurance. Well now the woman will not answer her phone, and the cop who filed the report didn't even include her address or phone number in the police report.

File it on your mom's insurance - they'll subrograte back against the woman/her insurance. They can find her through her VIN or plates that should be on the report.

When they subrogate back it shouldn't affect her insurance standing

There is absolutely nothing on the police report but that is the route we are going.

How can you have a police report with nothing on it????

Thats what I thought, it says I was the victim and has my address and states the woman's last name. Other than that, nothing.
